Unlike conventional sealers, TotalFill BC Sealer uses the natural moisture in the dentin tubules for hardening.�The highly radiopaque and hydrophilic TotalFill BC Sealer (premixed in the syringe) forms hydroxyapatite when hardening and forms a chemical bond with the dentin and the TotalFill BC Points (gutta-percha) filling material.�Thanks to its highly alkaline pH value, TotalFill BC Sealer has an antibacterial effect during curing and, unlike traditional sealers, it has absolutely no shrinkage.
